Mum Grandma Hanging Heart Plaque

A gorgeous engraved hanging plaque, personalised with:

The flowers are layered and will be cut from acrylic to compliment the ribbon colour.

Personalisation

• Any names for the top Mum, Nana etc
• Choose up to 5 small hearts
• Each small heart can have up to 5 names engraved on it, giving 25 names maximum
• Choose your ribbon colour

Materials & Size

• 4mm cherry veneer and 3mm coloured acrylic.
• Wood colour and grains can vary.
• Large heart size 14cm, small hearts 6cm.
