A gorgeous engraved hanging plaque, personalised with:

“(Mum/Nana etc) to the world you may be just one person but to us (me) you are the world” Then the children’s/ grandchildren’s names are engraved on the small hearts.

The wording is changed automatically to single when there is just one name of the hearts. The hearts are layered and will be cut from acrylic to compliment the ribbon colour.
